Video KYC
An AI agent reads the PAN on a call
A credit-card application sent me through video KYC. A person asked my name, asked for the PAN card, and checked the number. I built that same flow with no person on the other end.
The user joins a call. The agent asks them to hold up the PAN card. OCR reads the number off the live video. A backend check says whether that PAN is valid. The agent then says the KYC is done. No screenshot, and no typing.
