- Own production speech AI — recognition, pronunciation assessment, and conversational analysis.
- Built an AI video-interview agent: a face-rendered recruiter that runs mock interviews, gives feedback, and helps students learn.
- Architected low-latency cloud model serving, and own the ML lifecycle from training and evals through deployment.
- Ship interactive AI features from concept to production with product, backend, and research.
- Led the platform backend — REST APIs, microservices, and cloud infra — and built real-time speech-feedback features.

Contract work as an independent AI and full-stack engineer.
- Setoo: a voice agent for BU Bhandari, a Maruti Suzuki service dealer, that calls customers when cars are ready, about add-on services, and to handle delivery complaints — 800–1,200 calls a day. Since expanded to Vani Connect.
- AgriTech web platform. Scalable, zero-inventory grocery procurement and distribution, simplifying the farm-to-vendor supply chain so produce stays fresh, wastage drops, and margins improve.
- FinTech AI product. Financial planning and forecasting for enterprise leaders — revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow — turning complex Excel workflows into a web app.
- EdTech AI product. Privacy-first platform for universities and professors to use AI in teaching without compromising data security, intellectual property, or institutional policies.
- Sustainability web platform. Helps brands comply with upcoming EU rules mandating Digital Product Passports for consumer products, connecting compliance, brand transparency, and consumer trust.
- AI voice bot for Natsoft, a US enterprise with 2,000+ employees. End-to-end platform for recruitment, insurance, sales, and customer support.
- Real-time STT/TTS on Plivo and WebSockets, sub-2s response time, about 5,000 calls a month, ~₹1.5–2 a minute, ~40 hours a week of recruiter time saved.
- Calls candidates after offer acceptance to explain next steps and answer questions. Dialogue tuned for natural conversations, with production config in AWS SSM.
