At Setoo, I built the backend for an AI voice bot as an independent contractor from 2025 to now. It was deployed for their enterprise client BU Bhandari, a Maruti Suzuki service dealer. The bot calls customers when their cars are ready or to offer add-on services, and it handles delivery complaints, at 800–1,200 calls a day. It was later expanded to Vani Connect.
