skitre.ai is an AI learning platform for organizations. It assesses people, then trains them in simulated work conversations, with human experts shaping the curriculum. I don't own the product. I consulted from Nov 2024 to Jun 2025, then joined the founding team as an AI engineer in May 2025.
Problem
Courses don't show whether someone can do the job. Skitre is built around practice: sales calls, escalations, leadership conversations, and operations workflows, in repeatable AI simulations. It is an IIT Madras partner, live in 100+ colleges across India, plus schools.
What I do
- Production speech AI: recognition, pronunciation assessment, and conversational analysis.
- An AI video-interview agent. A face-rendered recruiter runs mock interviews, gives feedback, and helps students learn.
- Low-latency cloud model serving, and the ML path from training and evals through deployment.
- Interactive AI features shipped with product, backend, and research.
- Before the founding-team role: the platform backend, REST APIs, microservices, cloud infra, and real-time speech feedback.
