Rezonna
AI caller built around one workflow
Stack
- LiveKit
- Vapi
- WebRTC
- SIP
An AI caller that runs one call flow a business already has: who is on the line, what gets asked, and when a person steps in. It answers on their number, qualifies, books the next step, and writes the result to their CRM.
Problem
The lead called and nobody answered. A late callback lost them. Skilled people spent the day on the same questions, follow-up lived in chats, and a phone tree dumped anyone who went off script. The inquiry was already paid for. The leak was the gap between the ring and a real conversation.
Constraints
- One workflow at a time, built from how that team already answers.
- The caller stays on the customer's number and CRM. No new app for the person calling.
- A person takes over on anything sensitive, with the summary already written.
- It had to stay cheap enough to run all day, including after hours.
Architecture
The caller sits between the phone lines and the CRM. Ads, forms, and the main number stay as they are. Rezonna answers, qualifies against that team's questions, books, and logs notes, the next step, and who owns it.
A person steps in where the team says so. The handoff carries what was discussed and what is already confirmed, so the caller does not start over.
CRMs it writes to include HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and LeadSquared. English is the default. Other languages, including Hindi and Urdu, turn on per customer. Callers talk. They do not press 1.
What broke
The first version worked and cost about ₹26 a minute. That price made always-on calling hard to justify. I brought it down to ₹1.5 a minute without dropping the quality of the conversation.
Metrics
- Cost per minute: about ₹26 down to ₹1.5, quality held.
- Inbound calls answered in under 15 seconds.
- 500+ simultaneous inbound and outbound calls, so a spike does not hit a busy signal.
- A focused pilot goes live in about two weeks, then expands by office or brand.
